Brooklyn Petitions To Name Famous Street: Christopher Wallace Way

The legendary Brooklyn rapper, and one of the best MC’s of all time can only be the Notorious B.I.G. An he still owns the streets or at least the ones in Brooklyn. Loyal fan LeRoy McCarthy has started a petition in Brooklyn, NYC to have the hip-hop artist’s childhood street corner of St James Place & Fulton Street renamed as Christopher Wallace Way. The petitions needs 500 signatures, nearly 450 have already been signed. Now everyone stop what your doing, grab a pen, and go find LeRoy.

The petition reads “Christopher Wallace ‘Notorious B.I.G., Biggie Smalls, Big Poppa’ is a native of Brooklyn, NY, and his success through his artistic and creative lyrical wordsmith in music has influenced people around the world. This is a petition to honor Christopher Wallace with the co-naming of the corner of this childhood home at St James Place and Fulton Street in Brooklyn, NY to Christopher Wallace Way”. Do the streets of Brooklyn need a Christopher Wallace Way? YES, so help support good lyrics and good music.
